Welcome to the online booking system of Sardinia Camping Cala Gonone.
Before starting your search, we kindly ask you to review the stay restrictions and minimum occupancy rules for pitches and bungalows by clicking on the “+” icons below.
Please note that, when completing the booking form, children must be included in the total number of guests, including children under 3 years of age.
The maximum number of guests per booking is 6.
From June 16 to September 16, the minimum stay for bungalows is 7 nights.
From August 6 to August 22, the minimum stay is 14 nights.
From August 9 to August 17, the minimum stay on pitches is 7 nights.
For one-night stays, a €20 surcharge applies for the use of camper service facilities
(waste water disposal and fresh water refill).

In June and September, a €10 single guest surcharge applies.
In all other periods, the surcharge is €7.

Pitches
Check-in from 11:00 a.m. | Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out for pitches may be available upon request, subject to availability and agreement with reception.
Bungalows
Check-in from 2:00 p.m. | Check-out by 11:00 a.m.

A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the booking.
For one-night stays, the deposit corresponds to 100% of the total stay price.
Cancellation requests must be sent and received by the campsite within the following terms:
50% refund for cancellations received up to 60 days before the arrival date.
A €50 booking fee will be retained by Sardinia Camping Cala Gonone.
30% refund for cancellations received up to 30 days before the arrival date.
A €50 booking fee will be retained.
No refund for cancellations received within 30 days before arrival.
In case of no-show without prior notice, the accommodation or pitch will be held until 4:00 pm of the day following the scheduled arrival date.
After this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the unit considered available.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full booked period must be paid in full.
a) Upon arrival, all guests and anyone accessing the campsite must report to Reception and present a valid photo ID for legal registration purposes.
b) Unauthorized access to the campsite constitutes violations of Italian Criminal Law (Articles 614, 624, 633, 637 of the Penal Code).
a) Minors may enter the campsite only with valid ID and written authorization from a parent, or if accompanied by a legally responsible adult.
b) Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour of minors, ensuring it does not disturb the peace, safety or hygiene of other guests.
Children must always be accompanied to sanitary facilities and supervised during recreational activities.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by minors.
Maximum 6 minors at a time in bathrooms, accompanied by 1 adult
Maximum 6 minors in the swimming pool, accompanied by 1 adult
Quiet hours must be respected, especially at night
a) Pitch and accommodation assignment is at the sole discretion of campsite management.
b) All equipment and vehicles must remain within the pitch boundaries. A minimum distance of 1 metre must be maintained between caravans, verandas and accessories.
c) Guests must report any changes (pitch change, arrivals, departures, length of stay).
d) Maximum vehicle speed inside the campsite is 5 km/h.
Arrivals
Free pitches: from 10:00 am
Reserved pitches: from 11:00 am
Accommodation units: from 2:00 pm
Departures
Stays are calculated until 11:00 am on the departure day.
Departures after this time will result in an additional day/night charge.
Visitors may be admitted during daytime hours only, on foot, upon presentation of ID and for a maximum of 1 hour, subject to management approval.
Extended visits will be charged according to the price list. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour.
Introducing unregistered persons results in a penalty equal to the daily rate for each unauthorized person, with a minimum of 7 days, without prejudice to immediate expulsion and legal action.
a) Pets are allowed with a valid health certificate, must be kept on a leash and must not disturb other guests.
b) Pets must be taken outside the campsite for hygiene needs; owners must clean up immediately.
c) Pets may not be left unattended. Disturbing or dangerous animals may result in immediate removal.
Quiet hours apply from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Noise, gatherings, music, playground use and vehicle circulation are strictly prohibited during this time.
Guests must keep their pitch clean and tidy.
Sanitary facilities must be used respectfully.
Waste separation is mandatory, and rubbish must be disposed of in designated areas.
It is forbidden to:
Modify the terrain or dig holes
Litter or damage vegetation
Light open fires
Wash vehicles or laundry outside designated areas
Waste water or use it improperly
Install dangerous structures or fences without authorization
Use electric heaters, stoves or similar appliances
Occupy other pitches with vehicles, even temporarily
Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.
Management declines liability for theft, damage, natural events, accidents or improper use of facilities.
All facilities (including pool and playgrounds) are used at guests’ own risk.
Any infectious disease must be immediately reported to campsite management.

Guests are kindly requested to settle payments at least one day before departure.
a) Pool access is reserved for campsite guests during posted opening hours.
b) Access is prohibited to guests with wounds, bleeding or medical conditions unless medically certified.
Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
c) Pool use is at the user’s own risk, with no liability for management.
Entry into the campsite implies full acceptance and compliance with these regulations and any additional rules issued by management.
Complaints must be addressed to Management.
The competent court is Nuoro, and guests expressly waive jurisdiction of any other court.
